We coordinate with an appropriate motor carrier for the route and the vehicle, and review their authority and insurance before assigning.
Pickup
The carrier performs the vehicle inspection and loads the vehicle. You get the carrier details in writing beforehand.
Delivery
The vehicle arrives and the receiving party completes the delivery inspection against the same condition report.
