Any figure discussed before a carrier is assigned is an estimate based on current market conditions on that route. Rates move with fuel, season, and carrier availability. A price is firm once we confirm it with you and dispatch a carrier.
No guarantee of pickup date
We give realistic pickup windows rather than promises we cannot keep. Weather, enforcement stops, and carrier availability affect timing. We will tell you when something changes rather than letting you find out.
Accuracy of what you tell us
Pricing depends on the vehicle description — dimensions, modifications, and whether it runs and rolls. If the vehicle at pickup differs materially from what was described, the rate may change or a carrier may decline the load.
